Eddie Van Halen's mystery illness puts paid to shows

Van Halen have been forced to postpone a series of US concerts while guitarist Eddie Van Halen undergoes tests for a mystery illness.

The shows affected in Dallas (March 3), Cincinnati (March 5), Raleigh (March 7) and Baltimore (March 9) have been rescheduled for April.

According to an official statement on Van Halen’s website reads: “he (Eddie Van Halen) is undergoing a battery of comprehensive medical tests to determine a defined diagnosis.”

The rescheduled tour dates are:

Raleigh RBC Center (April 13)

Baltimore 1st Mariner Arena (15)

Cincinnati US Bank Arena (22)

Dallas American Airlines Center (24)
