Vanilla Ice, Salt-N-Pepa, Coolio & more for ‘I Love The ’90’s’ UK tour

PUSH IT REAL GOOD

A huge lap of nostalgia is on the way, with Vanilla Ice, Salt-N-Pepa, Coolio and more all confirmed for the ‘I Love The ’90’s’ UK tour 2017. See full dates and ticket details below.

Also the bill are Color Me Badd, Tone Loc and Young MC – who will all be hitting arenas across the UK in London, Glasgow, Liverpool and Birmingham.

‘Push It’ stars Salt-N-Pepa released five albums between 1986 and 1997, before disbanding at the turn of the century and reuniting in 2005. They recently shared a petition to have them inducted into the Rock N’ Roll Hall Of Fame.

“Hip-Hop aficionados have long branded the 80’s and early 90’s the ‘Golden-Era’ of hip-hop,” reads the petition. “And if that is the case, Salt-n-Pepa is the sparkling shiny finish on that block of gold. Long before the days of high profile social media platforms, Salt-n-Pepa commanded the attention of millions of followers by way of their air-tight rhyme flow, mass pop appeal, fashion, fun and unapologetic femininity.”

‘Ice Ice Baby’ star Vanilla Ice has remained active in music since 1985, but went viral in the summer after losing his cool with airport staff after missing his flight.

Rap icon and food-lover Coolio released his ninth album ‘Hotel C’ in 2015, but was arrested for the alleged possession of a stolen, loaded gun back in September.
