Exclusive Sex Pistols and The Clash vinyl reissues will go on sale this weekend

Vinyl reissues of Alex Turner and Velvet Underground albums will be made available too

To celebrate its Vinyl Week, HMV are releasing a number of exclusive limited edition vinyl pressings this Saturday (June 18).

The range of exclusive vinyl reissues includes 1000 copies of Sex Pistols‘ ‘Never Mind The Bollocks, Here’s The Sex Pistols’ on pink vinyl, 1000 copies of Manic Street Preachers’ ‘Everything Must Go’ on blue vinyl and 1000 copies of The Clash’s self-titled album on green vinyl.

Meanwhile, just 500 copies of Alex Turner‘s ‘Submarine’ soundtrack will be available on black vinyl, again exclusively at HMV. 1000 copies of Velvet Underground’s ‘Loaded’ on white vinyl and 1000 copies of Deep Purple’s ‘In Rock’ on marbled vinyl will be available too.

On the same day, Saturday June 18, HMV will become the first retailer to stock a number of other vinyl reissues. These include the Pulp albums ‘Different Class’, ‘His ‘N’ Hers’, ‘This Is Hardcore’ and ‘We Love Life’, Laura Marling’s albums ‘Alas, I Cannot Swim’ and ‘I Speak Because I Can’, and the deluxe edition of Beastie Boys’ ‘Check Your Head’.

HMV’s Vinyl Week began this Monday (June 13) and runs until Sunday (June 19). In addition to the exclusives, the retailer will be offering up to 50% off selected vinyl all week.
