Former Spaceman 3 man announces UK tour

Sonic Boom hit the road this month with Spectrum

Former Spaceman 3 singer Peter Kember (AKA Sonic Boom) has announced details of a series of gigs taking place this month.

Kember fronted Spaceman 3 alongside Spiritualized‘s Jason Pierce until their split in 1991.

Playing under his Sonic Boom moniker, Kember‘s tour includes dates at Birmingham, Oxford, Bristol, London and Brighton.

The London show, on February 27, features support from Gentle Friendly, Banjo Or Freakout and former Creation Records man The Jazz Butcher.

Sonic Boom plays the following dates:

Birmingham Hare & Hounds (February 20)

Oxford The Wheatsheaf (24)

Bristol The Croft (25)

London Sonic Cathedral @ The Dome, Tufnell Park (27)

Brighton Freebutt (28)
