It's not Coldplay but Kotki Dwa getting Bristol laughing

Kotki Dwa frontman Alex Ostrowski and partner in crime “Hattie” have been turning heads in Bristol with a new art project.

The pair’s ‘The Yellow Revolution’ is an attempt to “cheer up” people in the city by the band who released debut album ‘Only You Are Not Sleeping’ last summer.

‘The Yellow Revolution’ has now being spreading throughout Bristol, through its movement based on teamwork, creativity, having a good time and the colour yellow.

NME.COM joined the team for “a day of happiness” (February 18) to find them shocking the local residency by demolishing newspapers to create positive headlines, a laughter workshop collaboration with so-called “laughter guru” Joe Hoare, free hugs for passers by, yellow cocktails and a happy film.

The pair are hoping to spread The Yellow Revolution further. See for more information.
