Vivienne Westwood releases ‘catwalk’ album

Fashion icon includes New York Dolls in her favourite tracks

Designer Vivienne Westwood is launching a compilation album of songs used at her shows, at this year’s London Fashion Week.

The record, called ‘Catwalk Breakdown’, is her first compilation album and is being released on Mercury Records this week.

The 16-track collection includes ‘Personality Crisis’ by New York Dolls and actress Mae West‘s ‘Great Balls Of Fire’.

Customers can listen to the record at Selfridges during London Fashion Week.
