The rap impresario must be have gone soft since his release from jail...
DEATH ROW records supremo MARION ‘SUGE’ KNIGHT has abandoned plans to extend his mansion overlooking CALIFORNIA’s SAN FERNANDO valley because of opposition from neighbours.
Knight had planned to add a cinema, a swimming pool and other amenities to the 9,000 square foot site. Work on the house began many years ago but was suspended when Knight was jailed in 1996 for parole violations. He was released in September of this year. According to Billboard, the rap impresario has now decided against the extension and merely hopes now to finish construction.
Neighbours had been worried that Knight would throw loud, lavish parties at the house. Knight insists he never wanted to move in, but rather keep it as a retreat for inner-city children.
