The 'As You Were' cut comes to US TV
Liam Gallagher appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last night, performing ‘Come Back To Me’ from his solo debut album ‘As You Were’.
Clad in a trademark parka and a fetching new beret, the former Oasis man brought his rollicking live show to the telly in style, whilst in the midst of a huge US tour.
Watch Liam Gallagher’s The Tonight Show performance of ‘Come Back To Me’ back below.
Earlier this week, Liam teased American Oasis fans at a New York gig.
The musician headlined the city’s Terminal 5 venue as part of his current North American tour. The stint wraps up in Philadelphia on November 30 ahead of his UK arena tour in December.
As the set was coming to a close, Gallagher allowed fans to choose the final song of the night. “What’s it gonna be then?” he said. “Apparently you Americans only know one Oasis song.” He then gave them a choice between ‘Wonderwall’ and ‘Live Forever’, gauging the desire to hear each by the volume of cheers.
Liam will tour the UK in December, before playing a handful of further UK dates next summer. Remaining tickets for the shows are available here. The tour dates are as follows:
