Watch Snoop Dogg, Cher, Cardi B, and Hillary Clinton read anti-Trump book ‘Fire And Fury’ at the Grammys

The stars "auditioned" to record the audiobook version of the recently published tome

Stars including Snoop Dogg, Cher, Cardi B, and 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton read excerpts from the anti-Trump book Fire And Fury during a sketch at the 2018 Grammy Awards.

The skit saw the big names “auditioning” to record the audiobook version of the book, in preparation for being nominated at next year’s event.

The clip started with host James Corden settling John Legend into his audition before telling him he was “too smooth”. After Cardi B read a section about Trump’s habit of going to bed at 6:30pm with a cheeseburger, she responded: “Why am I even reading this shit? I can’t believe this! I can’t believe… this how he lives his life?!”

The final star to audition held the book over their face, before slowly moving it down as they read. “That’s it, we’ve got it,” Corden announced, to which Hillary Clinton replied: “You think so? The Grammy’s in the bag?”

Kendrick Lamar and Bruno Mars were the big winners at the 2018 Grammy Awards with the former taking home five awards and the latter picking up six, including Record Of The Year and Album Of The Year.

Jay-Z, who was nominated for eight awards at the event, went home empty-handed. Meanwhile, performers on the night included Kesha, Mars and Cardi B, Elton John with Miley Cyrus, and Rihanna and DJ Khaled.
