‘JCB Song’ tops UK charts

Nizlopi claim the number one spot

Nizlopi have topped the UK singles chart tonight with their ‘JCB Song’ (December 18).

The track, by a previously unknown pop duo, beat off competition for the number one position from Westlife who hit two with their collaboration with Diana Ross‘When You Tell Me That You Love Me’.

Other new entries this week came from Crazy Frog at five with ‘Jingle Bells’ / ‘You Can’t Touch This’, Robbie Williams[a] at eight with ‘Advertising Space’, [a]McFly at nine with ‘Ultraviolet’/’The Ballad Of Paul K’ and Depeche Mode at fifteen with ‘A Pain That I’m Used To’.

This week’s top ten selling singles were:
