The singer plays London show following pulled Northampton gig…

WILLY MASON played a sell-out show in LONDON last night (April 21), following the cancellation of the previous night’s show.

The American singer-songwriter bounced back with a strong performance after pulling out of yesterday’s gig (April 20) at the Northampton Roadmender for “personal reasons”.

Although there had been some speculation that the ULU show would also be pulled, Mason performed to a packed venue, playing solo tunes, before leaving the stage with a rousing version of ‘Oxygen’, which saw most of the audience singing along.

The setlist was:

’Gotta Keep Moving’

’Waiter at The Station’

’Sold My Soul’

’So Long’

’Hard Hand To Hold’

’Live It Up’

’Fear No Pain’

’Where The Humans Eat’

’Oxygen’

Mason is now due to play as part of the Carling 24 event in London on April 20, before returning to the UK to make an appearance at The Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds Festivals in August on the NME/Radio 1 Stage.
