Band say they have 'sketches' of potential new songs for their album

Wolf Alice have said they are now “thinking about” their next album.

The band, who have just announced a new box set version of their 2015 album ‘My Love Is Cool’, explained that they currently have “sketches” of potential new songs for the album.

“We’re thinking about it, we got some stuff in a vault,” the band said during an appearance on Julie Adenuga’s Beats 1 show last night (June 22).
”I think it’s exciting, hearing the rough – and this is by no means me saying we have new music – bad sketches of songs we’ve got at the moment, I am excited, you know it’d be amazing to get a new record out and we have been playing these songs for quite a long time.”

Wolf Alice play the Pyramid Stage of Glastonbury at 3pm on Saturday (June 25), in between Baaba Maal and Madness. They then play Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time with Mumford And Sons, plus Boardmasters, Glass Butter, Reading And Leeds, Electric Picnic, Bestival and By The Sea festivals.
