Method Man recently said that the band were working on a new release to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their classic debut LP ‘Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)’ – and then, in an interview with Radio.com, Cappadonna confirmed that recording had begun on a new LP.

“I already spoke to the RZA,” he said. “We’ve been texting each other. We’re definitely concentrating on more positivity and teachings and trying to put that back into the original recipe for this next Wu-Tang album.” Wu-Tang Clan released ‘Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)’ in 1993. Their last studio album, ‘8 Diagrams’, was released in 2007 following a six-year gap after their 2001 LP ‘Iron Flag’.

As well as shows at last month’s Coachella Festivals in California they will play Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona next week.
