Zane Lowe named best Radio Show

The DJ wins at the ShockWaves NME Awards 2006

Zane Lowe is celebrating his second win at the ShockWaves NME Awards 2006.

The broadcaster’s MTV2 programme ‘Gonzo’ won in the Best TV Show category earlier tonight (February 23), and now the Kiwi is celebrating again after picking-up the Best Radio Show nod.

Lowe, who presents the new music show on BBC Radio 1, clearly enjoyed his second win at the Hammersmith Palais.

Chris Moyles – Radio 1

Lauren Laverne – XFM

Zane Lowe – Radio 1
