My Bloody Valentine to curate ATP: Nightmare Before Christmas

Horrors, Sonic Youth, De La Soul confirmed to play at the bash

My Bloody Valentine are set to curate the All Tomorrow's Parties: Nightmare Before Christmas festival later this year, NME.COM can reveal.

Kevin Shields and co have already signed up The Horrors, Sonic Youth and De La Soul to play at the bash, which will take place at Butlin's in Minehead on December 4-6.

EPMD and Sun Ra Arkestra will also play at the bash – as will the curating band.

My Bloody Valentine made their live comeback last year - and they must have enjoyed the experience because they're going back on the road in summer 2009, bringing their eardrum-assaulting soundscapes to Coachella, April 17-19. Also playing the Californian festival are Amy Winehouse, Paul McCartney, TV On The Radio and Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
