My Chemical Romance played Wembley Stadium this evening (October 31), opening for an NFL American football match between the San Francisco 49ers and the Denver Broncos.

The band played two songs on the pitch as part of the pre-match entertainment, taking to a makeshift stage after the 49ers' cheerleaders.

The band played current single 'Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)' from forthcoming album 'Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys'.

With the cheerleaders providing backing, the band then launched into 'Welcome To The Black Parade', the near-title track of their last album 'The Black Parade', which saw them joined by the team's drum troupe, before they left the stage to a blitz of fireworks.

The game was eventually won by the San Francisco 49ers.
