My Morning Jacket head for Europe
Shows include festival dates
My Morning Jacket have announced details of a European tour – which includes a slot at the V Festival.
The US rockers will play a string of dates, which include their first UK tour proper since the release of their 2005 album ‘Z’.
The group were scheduled to play in Britain earlier this year, but cancelled the shows when singer/guitarist Jim James fell ill with pneumonia-related health complications.
Bar two festivals, the shows on the European mainland are support slots for Pearl Jam. They also have announced their own UK date at the London Astoria on September 22.
