Kate Nash joins Mystery Jets on new song

Acts team up for new single out next month

Kate Nash has recorded vocals for a version of Mystery Jets' forthcoming single, 'Half In Love With Elizabeth'.

Nash features on 'Disco Liz', a new version of the song, which will be available from August 25 as a B-side to the single.

The single will be released on CD, seven-inch vinyl and download formats. A further B-side available will be a version of the Mystery Jets song 'Flakes' by Florence And The Machine.

Meanwhile, Mystery Jets are set to head out on tour in October. They will play:

Leeds Cockpit (October 20)
Sheffield Leadmill (21)
Norwich Waterfront (22)
London Astoria (23)
Glasgow QMU (25)
Manchester Academy (26)
Birmingham Glee Club (27)
Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms (28)

can the mystery jets not just give up now? not even radio 1 could make anyone interested in them...add kate nash and it gets even more irritating. god help us
