Mystery Jets have announced full details of their new album 'Radlands' and a UK tour.

The Eel Pie Island band will release the LP, their fourth, on April 30 through Rough Trade Records. The band started work on the album in Austin, Texas last summer before later finishing it at Dan Carey's studio in Streatham, south London.

Speaking about the making of the album, frontman Blaine Harrison said the band were keen to go to "the furthest place from everything we knew".

He explained:

All we brought on the plane were the guitars on our backs, so we ended up borrowing all this amazing valve gear from an old guy called Jack who ran a little studio up in the hills – which is why the songs sound the way they do. In the daytime we wrote lyrics on the porch and in the evenings a family of deer would gather in the backyard to hear us play.

The full tracklisting of 'Radlands' is as follows:

'Radlands'
'Had Me At Hello'
'Someone Purer'
'Lonestar'
'Greatest Hits'
'Saviour'
'The Nothing
