N-Dubz rapper Dappy, boyband singer Lee Ryan of Blue and Linda Nolan of the Nolans are among the contestants on this year's Celebrity Big Brother.

They have been joined in the house by Daily Mail journalist Liz Jones, former heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield, The Apprentice contestant Luisa Zissman, comedian Jim Davidson, actress Jasmine Waltz, glamour model Casey Batchelor, tap-dancer and actor Lionel Blair, The Only Way Is Essex's Sam Faiers and Made in Chelsea's Ollie Locke.

Dappy entered the house manacled to Liz Jones, but since being separated the pair have both been put up for eviction.

Dappy was most recently in the headlines when he was hospitalised after being kicked by a horse.

The rapper was riding the animal in the ground of his Hertfordshire home when the horse reared up. It then knocked him to the ground and kicked him in the face.

A spokesperson for the rapper told The Mirror: "I can confirm that my client was involved in a horse riding accident at home where he fell from his horse and was subsequently kicked in the face."

He added: "Dappy was rushed to hospital where he received medical treatment and is now recovering."

A petition calling for the horse to be given the 'Outstanding Contribution to Music' gong at this year's Brit Awards subsequently received 8,000 signatures.
