New Order's Peter Hook curates Hacienda acid house compilation for new book

Double CD will accompany his book about the legendary club

New Order’s Peter Hook has compiled a collection of vintage acid house to accompany his new book about the Hacienda.

Hook who was co-owner of the club has put together a double CD featuring many of the songs that will have been played in the legendary Manchester club.

The book, which Hook wrote, is called 'Hacienda: How Not To Run A Club' and, along with the double CD, will be released on October 5.
