New Young Pony Club play Euro 2008 gig
Tahita Bulmer battles flu to play Vienna show
New Young Pony Club played a one-off gig at the Euro 2008 headquarters on Monday night (June 23), after lead singer Tahita Bulmer fought through a bout of flu to make the gig.
Bulmer received medical attention just before taking the stage at the Republic of Puma Football venue in Vienna, but still managed an energetic performance with her band.
New Young Pony Club played hits including 'The Bomb' and 'Ice Cream', and received a rapturous reception from the crowd.
DJs including Austria's DJ Markflow took to the decks after the band left the stage, kicking off an all-night party in the midst of the football tournament.
