Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds played their first ever UK in store show last night (March 3) in London.
The band, watched by a huge crowd including The Horrors, performed for 40 minutes before a huge crowd at HMV's Oxford Circus store in the West End.
The band played seven tracks from new album 'Dig!!!, Lazarus, Dig!!', released the same day.
They finished the performance with B-side ‘Accidents Will Happen’, because, as Cave said: “It’s the only song left that we’ve rehearsed.”
The set was:
'Dig!!!, Lazarus, Dig!!!'
'Midnight Man'
'We Call Upon The Author'
'Moonland'
'Night Of the Lotus Eaters'
'Lie Down Here (And Be My Girl)'
'More News From Nowhere'
'Accidents Will Happen'
Earlier in the day Cave had left his hand print in concrete at the capital’s Rough Trade East record shop, becoming the shop’s first walk of fame-style Counter Culture Icon.
