Nickelback singer charged with drunk driving
Chad Kroeger will be in court next month
Nickelback singer Chad Kroeger has been charged with drunk driving.
The star, real name Chad Robert Turton, will appear before a judge on August 25 with regards to the incident in Surrey, British Columbia.
Kroeger is charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over .08, reports Yahoo! News.
The investigation began after an incident on June 22. It is reported that officers in two police cruisers stopped a car after becoming suspicious due to the way the vehicle was being driven.
