Nine Inch Nails play last ever Scottish show at T In The Park

Metal legends end with a tearful 'Hurt'

Nine Inch Nails play last ever Scottish show at T In The Park

Nine Inch Nails played what they have suggested will be their their last ever Scottish show with a headline appearance on the NME / Radio Stage tonight (July 11) at T In The Park.

Frontman Trent Reznor recently announced details of the band's final gigs, set to take place later this year, with tonight's show the last Scottish date scheduled for the band before they wrap up live action.

The metal legends tore through cuts from their extensive back-catalogue in front of a small but highly loyal and energetic crowd.

One fan, decked in the Canadian flag, fisted the air in appreciation when Reznor announced that the band would be playing 'I'm Afraid Of Americans' – a track co-written by David Bowie.

The die-hard fans who turned out were moshing throughout the band's performance and during 'The Hand That Feeds' a particularly large mosh-pit formed in the middle of the crowd.

Nine Inch Nails show ended with a tender crowd sing-along to a tearful 'Hurt', with the usually-outspoken frontman refraining from chat throughout the set.
