NME is attempting to discover the Greatest Indie Anthems Of All Time – and we need YOUR help.

We're compiling the nation's top 50 indie anthems ever, and we want to know what you think. ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’ or ‘Debaser’? ‘Live Forever’ or ‘Song 2’? And how about ‘Naïve’?

Kieran Webster from The View thinks it’s a Libertines track. Faris Rotter, meanwhile, reckons The Shangri-Las deserve the top spot.

Next month we'll be revealing the nation's favourites in a special issue of NME.

Email letters@nme.com with the subject line indie anthems with your top five, writing why you think the Number One track is the best indie anthem ever.

We’ll be sending out some NME goodie bags to 10 lucky voters, so don’t forget to include your name, age and address! The closing date is Friday March 16.
