In Bloom: The Nirvana Nevermind Exhibition is set to open in London on September 13 at The Loading Bay Gallery on Brick Lane.

The exhibition will celebrate the 20th anniversary of 'Nevermind' and highlight the relationship between the band and their UK fans. It will include a host of memorabilia, including a hoodie worn by Kurt Cobain for a Melody Maker photoshoot and a piece of fretboard from one of his guitars.

Rarely seen photographs taken by Steve Gullick, Steven Double and Martyn Goodacre will also be on show, as will a replica of Kurt’s Fender guitar from Fender, and replica of Krist Novoselic’s Gibson bass. In addition to this there will be Nirvana lyrics, tour posters and fan memorabilia.

The exhibition will run for two weeks from September 13 to September 25. Entry is free and will run from 1-7pm daily. On September 22, there will be a special evening for 100 fans, featuring an album playback and Q&A session with a guest panel.

The Super Deluxe Edition of 'Nevermind' will be released on September 19, and comes with a raft of rarities and remixes across its four CDs and one DVD.

Only 10,000 copies of the Super Deluxe Version of the album will be released in North America, with another 30,000 for the rest of the world, including the UK.

'Nevermind' has sold over 30 million copies in the two decades since its release. It was the second studio album from Nirvana.
