Queens Of The Stone Age top NME Chart

They knock Editors off the top spot

Queens Of The Stone Age top NME Chart

Queens Of The Stone Age top the NME Chart tonight (June 17).

The band’s ’Sick, Sick, Sick’ knocked Editors, who held the top spot last week with ’Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors’.

New entries on the chart come from The Wombats at Number Eight with ’Kill The Director’ and Hadouken! at Number Ten with ’Liquid Lives’.

Will Queens Of The Stone Age managed to hold onto the top spot when Bloc Party come back next week with ’Hunting For Witches’ or will Fall Out Boy hit the top with ’The Take Over, The Break's Over’?

The NME Chart is:

1. Queens Of The Stone Age - ‘Sick, Sick, Sick’
2. The Killers - ‘For Reasons Unknown’
3. The White Stripes - ‘Icky Thump’
4. My Chemical Romance - ‘Teenagers’
5. Klaxons - ‘It’s Not Over Yet’

7. Jack Penate - ‘Torn On The Platform’
8. The Wombats - ‘Kill The Director’
9. The Gossip - ‘Listen Up!’
10.Hadouken! – ‘Liquid Lives’
