Black Rebel Motorcycle Club played their first show in the US following their European tour on Saturday night (March 16) - at a house party in LOS ANGELES.
Originally listed as a benefit to raise bail money for Anton Alfred Newcombe from local band Brian Jonestown Massacre, currently incarcerated on assault charges, the show was staged for the band to film a video for the track 'Spread Your Love', which appears on their self-titled album.
Over 500 people turned up for the free show, which was held on a stage set up behind the house in Hollywood. Following the video filming, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club played a full set to the crowd, including 'Red Eyes And Tears' and 'Whatever Happened To My Rock'n'Roll (Punk Song)'.
Supporting at the show were Peaches, whose set lasted one song before the power blew out.
