Wyclef Jean, Alice Cooper and Keanu Reeves' band Dog Star are the first artists confirmed for a Kosovo-refugees benefit song called 'Message To The World' co-written by former teen idol and Partridge Family star David Cassidy and his wife Sue.
Other celebs are also being lined up. They are also hoping to record 20,000 voices of ordinary members of the American public by driving across the country in a mobile recording studio, according to as report in today's USA TODAY.
The record will be mixed by Narada Michael Walden at a music conference in Las Vegas on May 20.
The record will be released in June and proceeds will go to War Child.
