NEW SITE UNITES DANCE LABELS
A new dance music website, dancesite, has been launched by seven European record labels...
The labels behind dance acts including Adam F, JEREMY HEALY &AMOS, Faithless and AIR LIQUIDE have banded together to form a new website, dancesite.
The site (http:www.dancesite.com) has been set up by dance labels Positiva (UK), Flex (Denmark), DLA (France), Dance Factory (Italy), Intercord and CDL/Harvest (Germany), and Antler Subway (Belgium).
The site has already syndicated its weekly dance music news columns to magazines in Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Israel, South Africa and Poland. The site also features chat rooms from New York, London and Amsterdam.
The site is expected to feature live chats and DJ sessions from artists in the near future.
