ZERO TOLERANCE COMES TO ROCK'N'ROLL?

Last week, the CONSERVATIVE PARTY's ANNE WIDDECOMBE announced plans to introduce #100 on-the-spot fines for possession of any drug - including CANNABIS.

Let us know your views by Monday morning (October 9).
