ZERO TOLERANCE COMES TO ROCK'N'ROLL?
Tell us what you think about Tory plans to crack down on cannabis and win a prize...

We want nme.com users to tell us what they think of the proposals and we're offering a 'suitable' prize for your most incisive comments.
