Line-up for new stage confirmed

Carling Reading and Leeds Music Festival
The line-up for the Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds festivals Comedy And Cabaret Stage has been announced.

The highlights include stand-up from the likes of Russell Brand, Stewart Lee and Simon Amstell, a new show from Dirty Sanchez and burlesque show The Burly Q Cabaret.

As previously reported by NME.COM at Leeds, the Comedy And Cabaret Stage will be open from Thursday night and stay open until 2am every night.

Cabaret from:Burly Q Cabaret and Lucifire.

Music comes from Youth Movie Soundtrack Strategies, Archie Bronson Outfit, Tilly And The Wall plus the and Stars Up Their Arse karaoke.

Sunday 27 August includes:Russell Brand, Reverend Obodiah Steppenwolf III, Brendan LoveGrove and Angelo Tsaroushas.

Every night will feature a Vox N Roll music quiz.
