Help NME.COM celebrate its tenth birthday in style
What’s the best song of the last ten years?
From Beck’s ‘Devils Haircut’ back in 1996, to the Arctic Monkeys' ‘I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor’ last year, what has been the one song that’s shone out over the last decade?
NME.COM is celebrating its tenth birthday this year and we need you to draw up the ultimate playlist of the last ten years.
All you have to do is nominate your favourite track that came out between 1996 and 2006, be it a single, album track, download, bootleg, or whatever - and tell us why it’s the best thing of the last decade.
Send your track, along with your name, age, and a short explanation of why it’s the best to features@nme.com with NME.COM List as the subject.
The most popular tracks will appear in specials features in NME and on NME.COM, while the best selections will be played by DJs at NME.COM’s party which Kasabian will be headlining at London’s KOKO on September 12.
Meanwhile stay tuned to NME.COM for more announcements, competitions and exclusive as we get set to celebrate ten years online.
