The rapper Cassidy has been involved in a serious car accident.
The star was a passenger in an SUV en route to a studio in New Jersey on October 4 when a U-Haul truck swerved into oncoming traffic and struck his vehicle.
The U-Haul vehicle collided with the side of the SUV Cassidy was sitting in.
The rapper was rushed to hospital suffering a fractured skull, while none of the other passengers were injured.
MTV News reports that he is currently in a critical condition but, according to his doctors, he is breathing on his own and his brain activity is normal.
