The votes are in at the 2007 BRIT awards

Take That win Best British single

Take That have won the British British Single at tonight’s (February 14) BRIT Awards in London with 'Patience'.

For the first time ever the was award was voted for by viewers live on the night from the following shortlist:

Razorlight - 'America'
Snow Patrol - 'Chasing Cars'
The Feeling - 'Fill My Little World'
Take That - 'Patience'
Will Young - 'All Time Love'


Originally a long list of 11 was published, but this was whittled down after radio listeners voted.

The Feeling - Fill My Little World'
James Morrison ' You Give Me Something
The Kooks - She Moves In Her Own Way'
Leona Lewis - 'A Moment Like This
Lily Allen - 'Smile'

Snow Patrol - 'Chasing Cars'
Take That - 'Patience'
Will Young - 'All Time Love'
