The White Stripes comeback single ’Icky Thump’ has appeared online today (April 27).

The track is available as a legal download in the US and Canada, however it has also appeared across the web after getting its first radio play.

Influential blog Themodernage.org is hosting a rough clip of the song being played on radio, while fans have already set up Myspace pages dedicated to the song.

’Icky Thump’ is the title track from the band’s album which is out on June 11. The full album will follow on June 18.

However the band’s first physical release will be exclusively available with NME.

A special red vinyl seven-inch of new album track ’Rag And Bone’ will be given away free with the June 6 issue of NME.

All you have to do is buy that issue when it hits UK newsstands – arrangement for overseas orders of the magazine will be announced here nearer the time.
