She Wants Revenge kick off Fair Trade Series in LA

Bands and DJs perform for charity

She Wants Revenge will help kick off the Fair Trade Series of events in Los Angeles on May 17.

Several bands and DJs including Monsters Are Waiting and MC Gray Kid will perform to help out the charity Water, which provides clean water to people in Africa.

The inaugural Fair Trade event will be held at the Hollywood Vanguard in Los Angeles.

Additional events are being planned in several other US cities throughout the year including San Francisco on July 14, Chicago on September 22, New York on October 31, and Miami on December 8.

Also scheduled for the events are art and video installations as well as dancing.

Tickets for the Los Angeles event will cost $20 at the door, and proceeds will go toward the charity Water.
