Beirut to play free South Bank show

Singer will perform outside Royal Festival Hall

Beirut to play free South Bank show

Singer/songwriter Zach Condon of Beirut is to play a free London show in between his Glastonbury slot and gig at London KOKO.

The special acoustic performance will take place on June 25 at 6pm.

To join in, fans are asked to simply meet at the Appearing Rooms water feature, outside the Royal Festival Hall, on London's South Bank at 6 PM.

From there gig-goers will be lead to a secret spot on the South Bank for the performance, which starts promptly at 6.30pm.

Fresh from his appearance at the Glastonbury Jazz World Stage this Sunday (June 24), Beirut will use the acoustic show as a warm up for his London KOKO performance the following night (June 25).

Meanwhile, the singer will release his new single 'Elephant Gun' on June 25, followed by a new album in October.
