Shed Seven's reunion tour grows
'But we're not after a deal' declares Rick Witter
The band will play extra shows in Leeds (December 9), London (17), Bristol (18) and Manchester (20).
Speaking about the reunion, frontman Rick Witter told NME.COM that the band just intended to play some shows and that there were not reuniting permanently
“Well none of us were very credible we just had a really good strong fanbase and we’ve got the hits to back it up. So there’s no problems for us,” said the singer of the band being damaged by the current spate of mid-1990s reunions including the likes of The Spice Girls and Dodgy. “ We’re not trying to get a deal off anybody. We’re certainly not continuing after this tour. So I think, basically for us, it’s just going to be a right good piss up and we’re just all going to go out and have a laugh.”
