Concert-goer sues Lil' Wayne after crowd crush
Rap fan wants $1million compensation for alleged injury
A woman who claims she was crushed at a Lil’ Wayne concert is suing the rapper for a million dollars.
Tyrique Layne, 18, is claiming that she was injured during ’s performance supporting Busta Rhymes last October.
During the concert Wayne threw money into the crowd, inducing a fan scramble in which Layne said she was injured.
Legal papers state that since the incident Layne has suffered from memory loss and severe headaches.
As well as Lil’ Wayne, she is suing his record label Universal and Young Money Touring, the organisation responsible for the concert.
