Charlotte Gainsbourg has undergone surgery in Paris following a small haemorrhage.
The singer, daughter of Serge Gainsbourg, was involved in a minor water-skiing accident in the US a few months ago, reports BBC News.
Gainsbourg sought medical attention after complaining of headaches.
Her agent Dominique Segall said: “Following a fall during while water-skiing several months ago, Charlotte Gainsbourg had a small operation today to repair a haemorrhage.
