The Wombats are to play a gig in a newsagents.
The Liverpudlian three-piece will perform at the Vitesse Quick Service And Food shop in Barnsley on September 28.
The store won a competition organised by the NME to find the best independent newsagent in the country, and will be rewarded with an in-store appearance by the fast-rising Liverpool rockers.
NME bosses decided to launch the competition to celebrate small independent newsagents across the UK, where thousands pick up their copy of the magazine every Wednesday.
