Bondo Do Role cancel US dates

Illness and exhaustion force the band to take time off

Bondo Do Role cancel US dates

Bonde Do Role have cancelled the last nine dates of their US tour.

The Brazilians were forced to cancel the dates as a result of illness and exhaustion within the band, according to Pitchfork.

But before taking a break, the band will perform five of their scheduled shows, including tonight’s gig in Seattle.

They will play:

Seattle, WA Neumos (September 26)
Portland, OR Holocene (27)
San Francisco, CA The Independent (28)
Los Angeles, CA Echoplex (29)
San Diego, CA Casbah (October 1)


The cancelled dates are:

Tucson, AZ Plush (October 2)
Austin, TX Emo's Jr. (4)
Dallas, TX The Palladium Ballroom (5)
Baton Rouge, LA Spanish Moon (6)
Tallahassee, FL Beta Bar (8)
Gainesville, FL Common Grounds (9)
Jacksonville, FL TSI (10)
Orlando, FL The Club at Firestone (11)
Atlanta, GA The Drunken Unicorn at MJQ Concourse (12)
Chapel Hill, NC Local 506 (13)
