Fashion designer Roberto Cavalli has told a US tabloid that Jennifer Lopez is pregnant.

In an interview with People.com, Cavalli discusses his designs for celebrities saying: "Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby. It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger."

Lopez has thus far refused to comment on reports of her pregnancy, despite being photographed with an ever-growing bump. She is currently on tour with husband Marc Anthony.
