The majority downloaded 'In Rainbows' for free

Most people paid nothing to download Radiohead’s latest album, according to a recent survey.

Internet monitoring company Comscore has determined that nearly two-thirds of those who downloaded ‘In Rainbows’ paid nothing for it.

As previously reported, Radiohead allowed fans to determine the price of the album download when the band released it last month.

Only 38 percent of customers actually paid for the album, according to the survey.

The average price paid for the album was £2.22. Americans were reportedly the most generous, paying an average of £3.85, reports the BBC.
