Britney Spears will reportedly argue that she has Attention Deficit Disorder when her lawyers go to court tomorrow.
The singer failed a recent drugs test when she tested positive for an amphetamine after being order to undergo random tests as part of her child custody battle.
She lost custody of her two young songs Jayden James and Sean Preston last month.
Spears was supposedly trying to blame the failed test on a number of other drugs, neither of which were classed as amphetamines, says TMZ.com.
Spears lawyers will meet in court tomorrow, as will lawyers for her ex-husband Kevin Federline who is expected to again request that Spears be banned from driving with her children in the car.
In recent days Spears has allegedly driven over a paparazzo’s foot, broken a red light and today footage appeared online of her texting while driving.
