Former Lynyrd Skynyrd drummer arrested again Lynyrd Skynyrd Tickets

Artimus Pyle failed to register as a sex offender

Former Lynyrd Skynyrd drummer Artimus Pyle has been arrested for the second time.

Pyle failed to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty in 1993 to charges of attempted capital sexual battery by an adult on a victim younger than 12 and being principal to lewd and lascivious behavior on a child younger than 16, says the Associated Press.

The drummer, whose real name is Thomas Delmer Pyle, was arrested on Tuesday (November 27) and is being held on $50,000 bond.

He was arrested on November 19 on the same charge, but was released on a $10,000 bond.

He has failed to register a new permanent address, and his driver’s license address does not belong to him anymore.

Pyle was a member of Lynyrd Skynyrd from 1975 to 1992.
