Britney Spears banned from seeing her children
Court order removes troubled star’s visitation rights
The singer is currently been held for mental evaluation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, following her well-publicised meltdown last night.
She lost custody of her children in October after being ruled a “habitual” user of drugs, and was granted two day visits per week with her children plus one overnight stay. All the visits were ordered to be supervised by a court-appointed monitor.
As previously reported, Spears had a stand-off with police at her home last night after refusing to turn over two year-old Jayden James to ex-husband Kevin Federline’s bodyguard.
After a police intervention, the reportedly hysterical singer was strapped to a gurney and taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai where she will be held for 72 hours.
