Britney Spears' manager served restraining order
Sam Lufti must stay away from the pop star...for now
After three weeks of apparently evading the service, Lufti was served the papers this morning (February 21) outside his Los Angeles home, reports the Associated Press.
The order, which expires Friday, requires Lufti to stay 250 yards away from Spears and her home.
Spears' mother, Lynne, requested the temporary restraining order, alleging that Lufti held her daughter hostage in her own home, gave her drugs and took control of her finances.
A lawyer for Spears' father has asked for the order to be extended until another hearing on the matter can be scheduled.
